This vacation rental is located on the second floor. Enjoy a great view of the sunset over the sound from the covered balcony. Please note that there are no elevators on the property.

- No parties, loud music, or other disturbances. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- Pool is generally open from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Condo association prohibits pets – no pets allowed.
- No large vehicles on the property – no RVs, boats, or trailers.
- No grills on or around the premises. There are some grills provided in the common area.
- All hallways and common areas of the condo building must remain free of personal belongings at all times.
- Easy self check-in with a smart lock.
- Check in time is 4 pm
- Check out time is 10 am
- Guests must have at least one party 21 years of age for the reservation and check-in.
- Maximum occupancy must remain at five or under at all times.
- Please treat the rental as it was your own home and your own belongings.
